Had Livingston Plumber out to fix a leak in the bathroom. Explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Good service and frienly chat.

Communication was very good, kept me informed of arrival time, including a slight overrun with previous job. Completed job to fix toilet cistern satisfactorily, at lower end of estimate ,and talked me through task so I felt confident that what was being done was needed. Very pleasant manner and did the job very cleanly, removing all old parts and leaving the work area as he found it. No hesitation in recommending.

This guy is like gold dust, I have never dealt with a plumber who had the following outstanding qualities: 1: Brilliant Communications, really organised guy, I knew exactly when he was coming. He was even early (that's a first) 2: Very professional, took the time to know he had done a good job. 3: Took the time to leave the place as he had found it 4: Had everything with him, no shopping trips required 5: Showed me what he had done and told me how the new toilet mechanism worked. This guy takes pride in his job and is professionally qualified, I would never quibble with price with him, quality is so much more important in my book. 5 stars isn't enough, a very happy customer. D
