Alexander Forsyth & Son fitted a full central heating system in our house from scratch. They did a great job and were very professional and timely. I appreciated how tidy they left our house each night and were both communicative and polite, would recommend to others.

I asked this company to quote me for a new water tank and immersion heater. It has taken 7 days and required me telephoning to only find out they had not even ordered the parts never mind got a quote ready. The lady on the phone in mu=y opinion is rude, unhelpful, and arrogant towards customers so I ended up cancelling their services (not that they had provided me any). how this company keep afloat I have no idea due to the way they treat customers especially this extremely rude individual on the telephone. I would never use this company again and wold not recommend to my worst enemy. This is possibly the best piece of advice i can give, DO NOT touch this place at all, utter useless and a complete waste of time.
