My experience with this company is very good. Andy is very professional and knowledgeable. Came out when he said he would and kept me informed on any delays. Worked hard to get my shower working again and was priced reasonably. So I would recommend this company to my family or friends. And I will be using this service again.

Really pleased with Andy's work. Excellent quality work, really clean and tidy, great attention to detail and flexible. Good communication. We had Andy lay and external gas pipe and fit a large gas stove with balanced flue. Quite a complicated job which threw up some challenges along the way. We were impressed with the way Andy wend about the work and we are delighted with the end result. We recommend Andy very highly. I am a portfolio landlord and when I ended up with a need for a boiler replacement, I wasn't getting any help from my local technicians. I found Online Boiler Shop and Andy (AJ Cliff) on Google and even though he was about 200 mi away, we agreed on the scope & price, and managed to get a replacement installed within 5 days! Andy's communication was prompt and he is very porfessional. In addition to the boiler replacement, he installed a magnetic filter, lime reducer, new thermostat, carried out a MagnaClean flush and ended up repairing an existing damage to a radiator inlet pipe. I was so impressed, he is returning to do another £2K worth of work for me!! Absolutely well recommended (from someone who deals with tradesmen quite a lot).
