SHAPE Contractor Heating & Plumbing

I have no hesitation on recommending Shape Contractor Ltd. They have carried out plumbing repairs and a gas boiler service at my home. The company provides a great service from the office staff through to the technicians.

I've used SHAPE Contractor to do jobs in my old home and when I moved house they added extra features before I moved in to make it more comfortable. Very professional from the office Assistant, Amanda, to Shane and Mike who carried out the work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.
