We have used HPR for over five years and I cannot fault their service. Honest, reliable and friendly - a great family business. HPR have always come out quickly to us, especially in emergencies such as boiler breakdown and heating issues. They are highly skilled and really "know their stuff". Great at advising on potential future problems and costs, but also really honest in pointing out work that they don't think is worth doing (even thought this might mean less fees for them). We have had many plumbing issues (due to original plumbing mistakes by the developer) - HPR have come through for us every time and they are always my first point of call with any plumbing issue. Highly recommended.

Superb, absolute pleasure to work with and do a great job. Replaced the large and aging water cylinder in our home. Very well done and no issues since. When looking at the cylinder, I mentioned that the house (we'd just moved into) had storage heaters and we were considering options. John from HPR put me in touch with someone with air source heating just to talk about their experiences with. Extremely useful when you're looking at something as expensive as new heating. Delighted with the new water cylinder. Everyone has hot water now. No drips, clean work, and very reasonably priced.

Great company. Sorted out a problem with our boilermate with no hot water. Came same day even when I wasn’t in- happy to be a bit flexible. Arranged getting key, diagnosed problem, rang me with options, fixed it, emailed invoice, provided follow up advice, and I paid by Bacs same day. Got home to hot water=happy family.

Needed an urgent boiler repair and gas valve fitted... they advised of part options and I opted to pay slightly more for a same day repair. Brilliant friendly & honest service, no time wasting and fundamentally professional.
