Very poor, used them since 2011 but not interested at all when I needed them for boiler service and gas cert to sell my house. Booked well in advance but didn't turn up, and cancelled the re-scheduled appointment at short notice.

After trespassing over our property to work on the mansion next door, didn't have the decency to quote for my new build. Not interested in working with normal working people just the wealthy ones. Very disappointed.
