Jim was wonderful! We had a leak spring up, seemingly out of nowhere, and he was able to determine the unusual source within a matter of minutes. What appeared to be a fairly straightforward job, turned into a bit of a faff, but Jim was able to sort the issue out fantasticly. He went out of his way to ensure that the problem was sorted and that the aesthetic of the job was correct. He was extremely professional both in his manner and his work. I highly recommend him to anyone!

James was outstanding! I had a tricky problem with an electric shower which despite being fitted correctly, kept bursting the pressure release device and flooding down the shower wall. He responded speedily, fitting a new shower and when this too failed, he liaised with Triton shower engineers to check his repair (which was faultless). I cannot thank James enough. He went way beyond his remit to seek a solution. I highly recommend him to you.
