James at Bruce's Plumbing was impressive. He removed and replaced a leaking 17 year-old rusty electric hot water heater. I would think that would be a rather dirty, messy, and frustrating job. But his work was expedient, meticulous, glitch-free, and very clean. When done, the area looked totally undisturbed. Yes, very impressive.

Here before estimated time of arrival. Friendly and reasonable. Tightened the faucet instead of trying to sell me a new one. I will call them the next time I need a plumber.
