I have a new Redrow house that they are supposed to support. Awful service provided. They have visited twice to see a basic problem and ordered a totally different part three times. They do not call when they are supposed to and customer care does not exist!
Awful! New build home - pipe soldering is woeful! Solder drips all over the pipes, burnt inside of cupboards. Guttering was to short meaning all water drained onto patio, took years to get them to come back and admit it was there incompetency. Eventually changed it and left rubbish everywhere. Do not recommend - poor incompetent plumbers
extremely poor service , rude mocking behaviour and leaving you feeling short changed for a 40 minute job taking over 3 hours to assess and complete. just because i am a woman, don't think i should not know when a plumber is spinning a little job for more overtime. avoid these cowboys
