Easy booking system, engineer called before he arrived to confirm appointment time. Friendly and knowledgeable engineer. Explained everything. Kept everything clean and tidy. He carried a card machine with him for easy payment on the day. Had email with copy of signed certificate within minutes of him leaving. Great service and will definately use again.
