I have just had a long telephone conversation with Simon Breeze. It would be wrong of me not to correct a couple of things. Apparently the airing cupboard was already poorly plumbed and they did manage to overcome the problems they encountered. It may also have come across that I thought them as "cowboys" this is far from true. Simon was always available and was ready to discuss the situation I found myself in. They are a reputable company. I just had a bad experience with a product they were not familiar with and which they were unable to sort out quickly. I hope that clears my comments up.
