1st Call 24/7 Limited

We have had central heating and a bathroom refit with 1st Call, and I cannot rate them high enough. From communication in the show room to outstanding design and workmanship, with professionalism and consideration shown whilst working in our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The job was to replace an old central heating boiler. They discussed various options with me and we agreed what was to be done. The installation was very calm and professional, and completed in the one day. The price was good as well. Highly recommended.

Don't use this cheating, disreputable business. This company will send your invoice to the wrong address, won't send a reminder (even to the wrong address!) and then charge you a 25% late payment charge! I only received my invoice at all by chance as I called in to check on my rented property while passing by, found the invoice and then tried to pay it the following day. The company refused to accept my invoice payment of £198 as they insisted on a late payment charge of £48 (almost 25% of the bill!) even though it was their fault they sent the invoice to the wrong address (I had given the company my correct home address)!! This is a ridiculous outfit which is unreasonable, unpleasant to deal with and I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for a plumbing service.

Just had a complete bathroom refit by 1st Call 24/7Ltd and cannot praise the work, the Team and Company highly enough. They arrived on time, were extremely professional throughout the whole time they were with us. They have completely transformed our dreary bathroom into a room we are pleased to show off. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company, but only if you want a first class job.
