Caldew Plumbing & Heating Contractors

I have no knowledge of how good their work is, but I have found them to be deeply unprofessional in attitude and conduct. Caldew Plumbing and Heating Contractors Ltd use our private residents visitors car park without permission to store tools and materials in a transit van which they visit very early on the morning most mornings to pick up tools. The vans hang around 1-2 hours before loadimg up and disappearing, radio playing loud, engines running and headlights shining into residents windows. We have complained to the drivers and the company, politely, both verbally and in writing. The drivers and other staffs attitudes are dismissive and uncaring and the disturbances continue. Our complaints have repeatedly been ignored. We have passed details to the Police. Our property management company has been instructed not to use this company. In short, I cannot comment on their work but I wouldn't touch caldew plumbing and heating contractors ltd with a barge pole.
