We are from Australia visiting our daughter in Orange County and a plumbing problem arose. Charlie arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He was able to answer our questions knowledgeably and make recommendations on how best to fix the issues we were experiencing. He left to get further supplies, returned when he said he would and did an excellent and speedy job to remedy our problem. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

ServiceFirst painted the inside of a townhome we were getting ready to sell. Great experience. Everyone was punctual and professional. We got an honest and detailed written quote. Excellent customer service. Cody Matlock absolutely exceeded all of our expectations during his ServiceFirst call at our home this afternoon. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable - also a really nice guy. He excels at articulating concepts and addressed all questions we had during his inspection for some damages apparently sustained by a slab water leak.He is just the kind of guy you want when an event like this happens within your home.
