I found Phillip on the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme website. I called him April 20th 2018 with an emergency leak after I had had a new washing machine fitted and the hot water connecter was no longer needed (I later learnt newer machines only have cold water pipe connectors and the newer washing machines use immersion heaters) and had not been shut off properly and was leaking hot water creating my own indoor water feature (agh!). I dread sorting these kind of things and find them stressful, but he was friendly and understanding on the phone, came round promptly, was efficient, reasonably priced and explained everything well. He also fixed a draining issue which had caused the previous washing machine to back up on occasion. Would definitely recommend Phillip Metcalf and will be in touch again if I have any more plumbing issues.

Friendly and efficient service. He carried out a full re-plumbing of the whole house following a refurbishment and extension, which included installing underfloor heating, and I have no hesitation at all in recommending him for any size of job.
