Flo-Well Drainage and Plumbing

Awful customer service and attitude. The person over the phone was keep calling mate (like we know each other for a long time) and was speaking over me in a very aggressive tone. On the report they wrote that the blockage was caused by wet wipes, even though they mentioned to the tenants several time that the blockage was caused by a big amount of "fat berg" poured down the drains by the restaurant behind our house. This issue has been going on for several years and the council has been notified several time. The Company did not sent any proof of wet wipes causing this issue but they were contradicting themselves sending the photo of "fat berge" causing the issue. We also have photos from 2 witness who confirmed this. We will take legal action after their contradictory report and photos.

Arrived in 15minutes and fixed the problem. They spent a Long time Unblocking my Drain due to a large amount of rubble from the builders next door. Really pleased with the service.
