I have called and they confirmed they could come straight away. I texted the address, asking if they were definitely coming, they said yes ("C u soon" to be specific). Failed to show up or inform me they weren't coming.

King of excuses! Placed a call at 5.30pm and 5 subsequent calls thereafter and each one the excuses was more amusing than the other. At last spoke to the Engineer before 11pm who was half an hour away! 1:30am got a call they had arrived and the delay was they had been stopped by the police!...on another I might believe it but after being 30m away five times I don't think so! Was promised they would attend next day 8:30am....9:30 called another company, half the price where there in 40m and problem solved! That's how you do business!
