Boiler Repair SE18

We actually had good experience with this company , they were a little late (aprox 15 minutes) which is understandable considering London traffic. They recognized the issue quickly and had a spare part on them. We will use them again if needed in the future. Boris

I was initially impressed with the service from the office and they kept me up to date when it emerged that the engineer will not be making the agreed 13:30 appointment. The time gradually moved on and as the day went the hour that the engineer would arrive got later and later. Eventually at 21:30, Sunday night, two guys did show up with some tools. Neither of the two knew how to find the pilot light on the boiler, nor have they ever seen this kind of boiler before. To top if off, a strong smell of Vodka hung over them. I asked them to go as there was clearly not going to be anything productive from the visit. I received a fairly aggressive call form the office asking why I showed the guys away. When I told him why, the phone was promptly put down. I tried calling back, but no answer. I would strongly recommend the management of this company make it clear to contractors or employees that drinking while on duty and visiting client's houses is just unacceptable. Please sort this out internally.
