It's been traditionally hard to find reliable heating engineers in Stortford but Smiths have been magic for us twice, once with a leaking hot water cylinder and again with a non-functioning boiler (whilst it's -2c outside). Both times they've dealt with the problem without fuss or delay along with a clear description of the problem and the fix process. Excellent!

I was recommended Smith's by someone who did some work for me and I have subsequently thanked him. I wanted someone who would be able to give me an honest opinion on what was causing my problems. I had 2 people come round from Smith's to ensure I had the best advice. Work was carried out quickly, cleanly and to price. What more could I ask for.

Smiths Plumbing and Heating were fabulous at diagnosing the problem and replacing our central heating pump. The price was very reasonable and the plumber who came to do the job was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this firm.
