Gas engineer turned up om time as agreed. Professional and explained what was needed. Got the parts and gave a receipt. Honest reliable job. Lewis dida great job. I would highly reccomend these plumbers and gas engineers

Very poor customer service. We had an issue with our boiler 1 week before Christmas and the technician said we needed some parts to fix it, which was fine. Then it all went quiet. After 4 weeks of calling up and being fobbed off by various people they finally got the quote back to me. Then, after the parts were fitted mid way through January there is a leak. I am now in the process of contacting them again.... If you want a job doing moderately quick then stay away from this company. If you like waiting over 3 weeks without heating and hot water then they are good for you. I will not use again.

Person who answered the phone was unsure and unaware of what I was asking and if they could help, it was an urgent matter and this fundemntaly made me go else wear

Very Good call out service, After waiting 6 hrs for another plumber to turn up. I telephoned these and they were here within 1 hr, the plumber Richard repaired my toilet as the water was going everywhere. Brilliant thank you !!

Very friendly and efficient service from gas engineer mark, quickly diagnosed fault with boiler, part was ordered and repair carried out, even cleaned up after himself! will use again.
