Great work moving the supply lines under the kitchen sink and replacing the 21 yr old (!) water heater with a brand new one. The plumber did a great job discussing different options to help come up with the best plan. He finished the job quickly and kept the house clean. Bill Howe also gave the best pricing for the work to be done. They continue to provide excellent service for best cost in San Diego.

Give them more stars!!! Just had a repair done by Tris, who was so friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. Dealing with Bill Howe was easy, I called and was greeted by LaKeisha, who provided exceptional and friendly customer service. She helped me find a convenient appointment to repair my shower valve. My schedule was for this afternoon and Tris called when he was on his way and arrived on the early side of my schedule. He took a look at the issue and told me how long it would take and gave me an estimate up front. He went right to work and communicated with me throughout the process. He completed the job quickly and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Tris, Lakeisha, and Bill Howe.

Well, what started out being only a toilet replacement, ended up being a 3 day event with holes in drywall and almost in outside stucco as well. We were luck enough to have Mikey and Brian help us! They were very honest, communicative, detailed, & hardworking. At one point, they were not 100% sure about next steps due to the funky location & structure of the piping. So, they called their supervisor who ended coming over to offer his advice. We now have an awesome toilet that, we can say with certainty, has been properly installed I highly recommend Mikey & Brain from Bill Howe!

Couldn't fix it myself So I called Bill Howe. Remembering the Padres commercial, somewhat reluctant. Got a quote and time slot on the phone. Within 2 hours of my call. Technician came out told us about charges, written. Chris was done, and cleaned up Very professional. Within quote. Water flowing. Could not be happier. A definite recall if needed, and I would highly recommend.

Plumbers arrived on time with a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. They were professional, courteous, and tidy. Work was done well, charges were reasonable. These days, professionalism like this has become a rarity and it is very much appreciated. We will be calling Howe next time we need plumbing work done!
