The team at Action Drainage went to great trouble to clear what turned out to be a nasty blockage in the pipes beneath our house. My husband had removed the toilet in advance of their visit and Action Drainage neatly refitted it. We were very happy with the work overall. Considering the nature of the work and the time it took to resolve, we feel that the invoice was very reasonable. Many thanks.

Avoid this disorganised and rude place. Got an estimate for a job for which they then ramped the price up by 360%! when they finally made it formal after weeks of requesting it. Poor communication, difficult to get in touch with and basically just told me to go elsewhere rather than a simple apology for getting the quote so wrong at a critical time, pre property purchase. They had plenty of time to get it right, and visited the property to measure and quote beforehand too, then used every excuse possible to ramp up the price. Perhaps they just weren't qualified to do this simple job. I wish they'd told me beforehand rather than wasting my time and money.
