Don't deal with them , when it comes to carpet installation. They are contracted with carpet pros!!! one of the worst companies you can deal with, they are unprofessional and unreliable , they play nice until they get your business, they did a crappy job on our stairs, though they charged a lot for installation claiming they are custom stairs!!! Johnny was totally unprofessional, he did a sloppy job, also broke, chipped and cracked the baseboard for the stairs!!when we complained, they sent someone very professional to fix the carpet. We have been playing games for over a week requesting sending someone to fix the baseboard, called and spoke to 4 different people , nothing was done, even Hector the manager !!!, they deserve a minus !! complained to home depot la habra , nothing was done!!! Will contact their corporate office and my next step will be issuing a complain with the better business bureau. Don't deal with them !!
