Dreadful service and only interested in dealing with tradespeople. Don't look for anything non-standard. Plumbing World is a big name. 'Plumbing small range of product with no advice and little attempt at customer engagement' is a long, but more apt name.

Non existent Customer service. Plenty of staff wandering about but not one person interested in offering help or making a sale..
