My advice would to not be afraid to question your invoice should you be concerned. You may have some luck in discussing any areas of concern with the owner Richard. Richard will offer to look into the invoice for you. It may be the only way you get to discuss your concerns without feeling like you are being dismissed.
I've had no need for a plumber for years. Recently I've needed two major issues sorting - and fast. Following a call, Watar-Mart were at my place in a jiffy, Each issue was fixed up quickly by a very friendly plumber. I'd be happy to use them again; no worries.
Charged us top dollar to tell us they can't fix our shower so we got someone else in and they fixed it. will never use them again.
Used this company a few years ago not a good experience. Decided to try again, fast and efficient service was pleasantly surprised, will definitely use again
