I had main water leaked recently and could not find the leaked, even with the leak detection company. I had called few plumbing company, and none of them are helpful. At the end, I found McDermond Plumbing at yellow page.. I called quite later afternoon and Lorriane answered the phone. She was so professional and treated my phone call seriously. She said she can't promise but will call me back at my work place. I had the plumber, Kevin, came to my house at 7pm. It took 2 days with few plumber working at my place (we had a long drive way and the pipe buried under there). Specially thank you to Kevin, for his hard work and professional manner! This company is very professional, and the price is very reasonable. I will highly recommend to others. Rachel

Spent 1 hour at my house, charged $135 + GST for the hour!! PLUS $75 + GST call out fee PLUS consumables of $20+ GST. There was zero consumables used!! An absolute ripoff. Also the problem wasn't resolved!! Couldn't face getting them back to resolve in case they charged me again.

I called up for a blocked sink which and was quoted the charge including gst. The plumber came by and managed to unclog the sink within 5 minutes by just using a plunger. I later found out that my credit card was charged an additional $20 to the fee quoted so called up to query this. The excuse i was given is that consumables are a mandatory charge and that the plunger is a 'consumable'! This is on top of an already over priced office hour call out fee and plus hourly charge. I would be happy to be charged for consumables if they were indeed used but certainly a plunger is not a consumable. Extremely disappointed with the excuse given and would certainly not recommend the service to others.
