unprofessional. no customer skills and communication whatsoever. very rude and abrupt over the phone and just hangs up!!!

I woke up on a Saturday morning to find my gas hot water cylinder had burst. I phoned Hamish at Pipeline and by the end of the day I had a new gas cylinder. He has also provided plumbing for our bathroom alteration. Hamish provides awesome, friendly, professional service. Highly recommend.
