Excuses, excuses, excuses unhelpful receptionist will blame you as the customer for why they have not completed work , Parts missing. Do not use save yourself the stress.

My elderly mother rung up in a panic with water running down her chimney inside her house through the roof after a massive storm and was told she couldn't be logged as a customer unless she filled out an online form. My mother is not computer savvy and also her tablet, phone and laptop don't have the software to fill out the form and return it online. The receptionists were unwilling to work out a way around this problem which means my mother couldn't have her problem sorted!! Ridiculous! There must be lots of older people who cannot work technology. I can not believe these people even have a business. Don't even bother using them. Unhelpful, rude and no empathy for a frightened older person.
