The Cylinder Guy was great! I called up Monday morning, Dan explained in an easy to understand way how the type of cylinder I have fails over time so I could understand why it was doing what it was doing, gave me a 'job done' quote on the spot, and promptly on time the next day my new cylinder was delivered and installed. Glen who did the install was friendly and professional, did a fantastic job and left the area clean and tidy. Couldn't recommend The Cylinder Guy more.

I don't recommend these guys at all. Did a shoddy job of my mains pressure cylinder installation, left leaks and a mess, I had to get another plumber in to do the job. Didn't seem interested in rectifying the issues. Very disappointing.

Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work or cylinder work.

The Cylinder Guy rapidly responded to my query, and their price under-cut quotes from rival firms by hundreds of dollars. The best thing about The Cylinder Guy was that I would hardly have to wait for my new hot water to be installed. Now I'm having lovely hot showers rather than that pathetic trickle I used to get that was either freezing or scalding, with no in between. :)
