This company was going to charge us extra because we decided not to listen to their plumbers bad advise. When I queried the charge the person whom answered the phone got agitated at my explanation that their plumber gave bad advise and refused to identify themselves to me. Poor all round

Came round quickly to check out our leaking hot water cylinder, replaced it quickly, kept us well informed.
