We needed to have all the Dux Quest Plumbing removed from our home - on a 3 storey building this was a huge undertaking. The quote was prompt and detailed and very similar in price to the others. We chose Southern Plumbing because of the professionalism displayed. The two fine young men who completed the task arrived on time, communicated clearly, gave advance notice of requirements such as water being off, and were a pleasure to have in our home. The job was not an easy one, a trench out to the toby had to be dug below mature trees with large roots and there was a concrete floor to negotiate. The men stayed on task, working in a clean and orderly way, they were diligent respectful and cheerful..I highly recommend Southern Plumbing..

Excellent plumbers. Fast, efficient, highly organized team. Detailed options, and breakdown of costs. Excellent back office, great communication. Arrived bang on time, a did exactly as discussed. Left it clean and tidy. Came in well under estimate. Delighted. Will use again without hesitation.

The visit was on time and the technician was polite, however, I need to forward my previous email to get the response and got the job declined because "I have enough prices on that job already" when I was just trying to get the quote clarified and compare it among others. What a bad response and sad ending... as we were already planning to go ahead with the quote considering the nice visit and good reviews, and all they need to do is to make it clear on the quoted price. Just describing the facts and a warning for others.
