Rudest people I've ever dealt with. Asked for a quote today to install a main pipe from the meter to my house in Cambridge. I'd already dug the hole, asked the receptionist she was very nice, then the boss came out, said minimum charge is $500.00 I thought he was joking. Yet he was serious, said they were so busy that was the minimum call out charge. Needless to say I walked out, and remarked to him, if he treats his customers like this he deserves to go broke. I would have been happy if they said they were too busy to take on a small job, or any other work. Yet his attitude stunk. There advertising on the local radio as 2017 plumber of the year...... Well in 2018 they definitely are not.

Very prompt service, great communication. How often do you ring a plumber and have the job quoted and completed within a week?

I had 2 alpacas as pets. When one of them died suddenly this company were very helpful and sensitive and came out with one of their diggers to dig the grave. Greg who came was very sensitive to the fact that this was a much loved pet. He helped us lay Ziggy to rest with dignity. We really appreciated this company being prepared to undertake this work and come out quickly to us. They checked availability to come out, got back to me quickly then rang in the morning to confirm they were on their way and arrival time. Greg even had a contact that might have an alpaca available for us.

Great crew; professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a large water tank placed and no issue couldn't be overcome. I highly recommend this company for any job.
