Neil is the best plumber that we have ever dealt with. Jobs are attended to promptly, very professional and knows how to communicate with tenants. He is honest, reasonable, responsive and reliable. He also has an arsenal of tradespeople whom he can recommend ie builders, tilers, painters etc. He has been in the business for a long time and knows his stuff. Spoke with owner Neil late one day and arranged for him to come early the next morning however due to a problem with my new phone he never received my address. I rang him the next morning to find out why he was late, and not only had he waited in for my phone call (making him late for his next appointment) but he then came straight around to sort out our plumbing issue. Top class service and top class company.!
