Jamie was great pre-sale and installation for our 8Kw system, using premium Solar Edge equipment. He was quick to demand payment on completion of the work but once paid, he has not answered one of my phone calls or emails since. Subsequently, we have a solar installation that did not have approval for the distributor, was severely export limited and we still do not have our meter reconfigured to be paid for exports - now 9 months after the installation. I have had to involve the state manager for Solarhart to sort the issue out.
