Very unprofessional on the job with 4 clueless plumbers to install a $1750 gas hot water service that is garanteed to stop when you are in the shower. Words can't describe how disgusted I am. They deserve 0 stars!!! ????

Strung us along for five weeks, saying they would get a quote out to us for work we had on a deadline, we called them multiple times per week and they told us every time it would just be a few more days. After five weeks they decided their work load was too much and they couldn’t provide us with a quote. Not many plumbers will come out to our area so we were really relying on Laser to provide a quote which is why we persisted so long. We had other works done by them and they always arrived later than scheduled, by several hours, and didn’t finish the work unless chased up multiple times. Really unsatisfactory experiences.
Difficult to get a quote from, when you eventually do (if you do) it's WAY overpriced, and the frequently left the job unfinished. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
