Water was pouring out of the bottom of hot water system....called Wilsons and he was there within 20 minutes...he made a call and ordered me a new one, it was delivered and installed by 2pm that same day (with time to pay), I was very pleased! That was a month ago, today I called about my gas heater, on explaining the problem he told me to call the gas company and what to ask- without charge. Again....very pleased!! Top notch service, friendly and helpful!

Try another plumber! I paid $118 for a leaky tap to be replaced. It is still leaking and they refuse to fix it. So I now have to pay ANOTHER plumber to do the job. Will never use Wilson again.
Totally unreliable. Put my reno weeks and weeks behind as they couldn't be bothered responding to calls and messages after starting the job, then completely disappearing. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
