I'd literally just moved into a new house when one of the pipes burst spectacularly late in the afternoon. Damien's crew were there first thing in the morning; fixed the pipe quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. They're good tradies. Recommended.

Damien has been my regular plumber for years. Totally satisfied with his work, reliability, courtesy, punctuality and business professionalism. His charges are very reasonable and he and his staff are always helpful. Sometimes it can be hard in the "bush" to get reliable tradies, but Damien is a real "find". I can highly recommend him and just glad I found him.

I have found Damien and his staff to be helpful, professional, reasonably priced and punctual. They have done a few jobs at my place over the years and I have never had any reason to complain. Would definitely recommend - I have had some nightmare experiences with other plumbers in town.

NOT RECOMMENDED. RUDE, PHONE CALLS AT INAPPROPRIATE TIMES, TRESPASSING BY ATTENDING WITHOUT AN ARRANGEMENT AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, POUNDING ON MY DOOR BEFORE 8 AM. This antisocial and rude behaviour is not appreciated and it is also contrary to the laws of the country. I am considering whether I have a community obligation to report this thug to the authorities. Although this man is well spoken, he disrespects renters with the usual bullying tactics and is happy to intimidate a person with a disability as well. After having a recent change in rental property managers, I have found a property manager who cares enough about the dripping taps and running toilet to arrange to get someone to fix these for me. I had a phone call from this man’s plumbing company earlier than I would have liked at approximately 7.30 am on a Wednesday morning. After I didn’t answer my mobile phone he then called my landline and I answered. He was pushing to come straight over to “fix the problems” and no doubt collect the payment from the property manager. I explained that it was not convenient to have him attend that same morning and then I offered to accommodate him by being available at 9 am on one of the following two days. The phone call was terminated without him agreeing to meet at either of these times. Late that night/early the next morning, I had offered to put a friend on a 2 am bus and thought it wise to turn off the mobile phone and take the landline off the hook to avoid being disturbed at an inappropriate time two days in a row. Unfortunately he didn’t get the massage and came to my unit without my permission and pounded violently on the door for what seemed to be an eternity. Eventually the neighbour from an adjoining unit explained that either I wasn’t home or I wasn’t available to see him and asked him to leave. He returned after this and again knocked on the door and left a card asking me to call him. The fact that he came to my unit without my consent and pounded so violently on the door for such an extended time which also intimidated and upset a neighbour made me feel harassed, threatened and that my civil rights had been violated. I had been abused by a thug. It is a shame that I have to give him a star to leave a review. I am not sure if he knows how to deal with effluent as my plumbing still isn’t fixed, but he is definitely an expert at treating people in this manner. A Z minus for you!
