I am in a condo on the main floor, had a major backup in the kitchen sink, contacted the property mgr. Tench's man Jason was at my door within a 1/2 hr. Very polite and very quick at assessing the problem and fixing same. In and out in 1 hr. He is a credit to the service industry. Keep up the good work. R. Keith ( Past Pres. Pre-Con Builders)
I would not recommend Tench Plumbing. They wrongly condemned a boiler for us after sending out a inexperienced technician. The boiler nearly caught on fire due to the technician negligence. We received an apology and an estimate for a new boiler from them at a huge cost. THANKFULLY we got a second opinion from a reputable company who repaired the old boiler for a fraction of the cost. I give them NO stars but couldn't post until I added the one star.
