Andrew came to the house a little late but had called to inform us. Was very friendly & professional. I would never call another plumber again. Barrett rescued my house from a collapsed drain in the basement, he stayed for hours, did an excellent job, and was gracious, conscientious and a pleasure to deal with throughout. I've asked him back to do a couple of smaller jobs since, which he executed quickly and perfectly. I feel extremely lucky to have found The Pleasant Plumber.

I've used guys - Barrett and Andrew - at the Pleasant Plumber a few times now; big jobs (sewer line collapse in the basement); medium jobs (roofers knocked debris down the stack); and small jobs (just now they squeezed me in to snake a toilet so that my wife could still host a party tonight - they were the only plumber in the city able to get here before 6pm) Every time they have been here, they have been professional, friendly, and extremely Pleasant. I would highly - and often do - recommend this company for any job... I just wish they offered something like Frequent Caller points :) Thanks guys - keep up the good work
