I’ve used them on a regular basis every year for a general maintenance on my sewer line, which runs about 75 feet to the catch basin. Always professional, pleasant and they do quality work.

Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Condo management company sent them in for a line problem, all units needed to be looked at. When my unit was up, mud was tracked across my floors, tools deposited near my washroom, then without a word of explanation or otherwise, they disappear for twenty minutes. They return, track mud again, and again with little offer of explanation on what is being done in my unit. Perhaps if you contract them directly, the experience is better. Possibly they did not view the individual tenants as the customer (which is obviously disconnected from reality) and just as a nuisance? I understand they had some difficulty in arranging access to all units concurrently, and the frustration that must come with it, but that is no excuse, especially for passive aggressive behaviour like dragging mud across floors.
