My experience with Reliance was exceptional. Their service technician , Rob Palm was so thorough and very helpful in answering questions, and showing me pictures of what the status of my furnace was. He took over 2 hours to examine all venting, electrical etc ...and explained in detail what I was facing , and I appreciated that very much. He was professional and knowledgeable, and that I value. I’ve got an appointment with Brooke on Monday, and will express my thanks to him for this experience. Although it will result in a furnace replacement , this somehow softens the blow. Thank you Reliance and thank you so much to Rob and Brook for helping me out. This took the sting and stress of dealing with this purchase.

Rob & Rick we’re really great! Very courteous and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions & explain the equipment. The call centre had even called ahead with an update, letting me know we were next in line for service. Super happy. Thank you Reliance!

I received excellent service from Reliance Superior. I did not get the service technicians name but he was very professional, personable and made excellent eye contact. All my questions were answered and he was very knowledgeable regarding the installation of new taps in the kitchen. My overall experience was very good and I will continue to deal with Reliance Superior.

Seven years ago I had a new hot water tank installed. All communication was done via phone as I was not at home. It was suggested to me to do a rental, to which I responded I did not want to rent a tank forever but wanted to buy. I was told it was rent to own for seven years, like financing. I agreed. Seven years later I found out I was lied to by the sales person. I made a mistake by not being there in person & not signing a contract.Do not do business with this company as their sales people can not be trusted. Find a local small business to buy from. Now I have the time and expense of making a claim in court. Austin: yes you may contact me It has now been about 2 weeks since Austin first responded below but I have not heard from anyone, except for several calls to sell me new products I do not want

Our air conditioners fan motor stopped working on the hottest part of July.My wife called Reliance Superior to make an appointment. Rob the tech they sent out was very prompt ,courteous ,helpful and went way out of his way to get us up and running.I am very impressed with this gentleman and the respectful way he instructed the young apprentice who was assisting him. He found the part that no else could find and got us up and running. When I or anyone I know needs furnace or air conditioning we will call Reliance Superior and ask that Rob P. be our service tech.
