Called to have a leaking water shut-off valve replaced. The plumber recommended repairing the existing valve instead of replacing it, which would have cost considerably more due to needed piping changes. The repairs were done promptly and professionally.

I called them for my kitchen faucets replacement. but The plumber didn't bring a kitchen faucets at that time. I didn't realize if I have to have one. because when i first called them they didn't ask me if I have one. also they didn't tell me the price of labor. I expected the plumber bring one for me. I called them again ask that if you can bring one for me. But they tried to bring me very expensive faucets between $250 and $400. I didn't wanna spend that much money. i found good quality faucet from the Amazon with $70. And the owner was very rude on the call. That's why I decided to get service done from another company. after a week they sent me the bill $107 for doing nothing. This is crazy. I'm so disappointed. Don't call this company. There are a lot of better company out there with free estimates and better price.
