Had issues with our toilet called a few companies Derksen saidctget would take my name and number and try to fit me in. About 3 hours later the lady called me back and said someone would be by shortly. Matt was in and out with the job done right. I even had him check out the other toilet and ge gavevit thumbs up. He was very professional and did the job right. Very happy to have called Derksen Plumbing and if anything needs fixing I will definitely call them again. 10 out of 10 Stars on a very cold day. Thanks so much for fitting me in. Great company ti deal with.

Charged my parents for running around for a part that he knew e need but "didn't" have the parts and store close to them didn't have so he had to go all the way to Polo park...apparently Transcona doesnt have those taps. Well i can eliminate Dersksen for a quote for plumbing project in Jan.

Very disappointing experience after being referred by a trusted source. Should have got a quote up front as we were charged for excessive time and travel but because of the referral we trusted they would be competitive. Provided them with a picture and specific list of items to be replaced so there was no need to travel back to the shop. Took the plumber 30min to complete the work but we were charged for 1.5hrs of labour and a truck surcharge. Apparently living about than 1 km outside of St. Norbert warrants an hour of travel charge and truck surcharge. Very disappointing -- wont be using them again.

5+ STARS. From our first encounter with Kelly for the estimate to the completed job by Erin and Matt, there was nothing but superb service. If all companies had such employees, there would be nothing but 5 star reviews. They know their stuff, are approachable and professional. If you need work done, this is the company to call.
