Excellent service from Rocket Rooter. Randy was early, professional, courteous, determined the problem then agreed on a price which was held to after a long job. I called Rocket Rooter to fix my clogged kitchen sink based on the online reviews. Am I ever happy I did! While fixing a not so easy clog, a bigger problem was discovered that needed to be fixed right away. The issue had nothing to do with the service or any fault if Rocket Rooter Alex managed to squueze me in between appointments at 4PM on Friday so we could have water for the weekend The service was friendly and courteous and I highly recommend Rocket Rooter!

Had a sewer backup, so I called Rocket Rooter and left a message on a recommendation from a friend. They called me back within five minutes. We set an appointment, quoted me a price and done. The service man was on time, very friendly and efficient. My line was backed up very badly but he had it clear in moments. The price was also a lot less than what I was expecting it to be when I first made the call. I would highly recommend Rocket Rooter to anyone in need of their services. 5 stars.
