Great service. The folks at Dugard Plumbing were great to work with and we got prompt responses to any queries. The installers were friendly and very courteous. A new AC unit and a quick repair to our furnace as well as an adjustment on our thermostat has everything running smooth quiet and most blessedly cool. Our boys are complaining about how cold the basement is now!

We had them install a mini split ductless air conditioner at our cottage and everything went great! It was the perfect solution for us, the installers did a fantastic job, and the company overall had wonderful customer service. We highly recommend them.

Had them install a new water softener and battery backup sump pump, and was totally impressed by how smooth it was. Parts were ordered quickly, the installer arrived when they said he would, the work seems good (I don't know anything about plumbing, but everything works well) and the final price was exactly what was quoted - which was less than four other places we called. The installer also cleaned up when he was done, which is always appreciated.

Thank you for your prompt response to my request for help when my well stopped working. I had been without water for two days when I called. I really appreciated that you responded the next day as you committed. The two nice young men that came to my place were polite and nice and they kept at the job until it was completed and I once again had water. They also fixed my kitchen pipes that had come apart. I would recommend your company any chance I get.
