Friendly, reliable service. We had a leak in the bathroom and it needed to be fixed immediately. Josh came on time and was professional and explained the situation clearly and effectively. He provided a couple of options and always made sure that I knew what he was doing and what he was about to do - never leaving me in the dark. His attention to detail was impeccable. He cleaned up after he was done the job and replaced everything he had moved to where he originally found them. I would highly recommend Vanwest Plumbing for anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber!

I was hesitant at first to hire Vanwest Plumbing because they didn't have many reviews. Josh and his apprentice came to install a new water line and replace a shower arm in my condo. I am very satisfied. The work was done on time, as quoted, very professionally, they cleaned up after themselves, and were very careful not to damage anything in my place. If I could give them 7/5, I would. The service was excellent.

Vanwest Plumbing & Heating did an incredible job on a plumbing project we just finished yesterday. First of all, Josh has a great attitude and is so friendly to communicate with. The pipe problem we were trying to solve ended up requiring hiring a cabinet contractor, and Josh spent a huge amount of effort tracking down a suitable expert that could fit within our budget. I didn't know that he owned the company, but I eventually got that sense after seeing how much focus and time he devoted to the project. I can tell that company takes a lot of pride in its work and really does care about making sure the client is satisfied with the results. We are finally able to use our washroom again and will contact Vanwest Plumbing & Heating first if any other problems come up. Thank you!!

Great service. Went the extra mile to get the hotwater tank replaced on a sunday. Everything was left neat and tidy. Thanks Vanwest. Will recommend.
