My parents recently used Red Seal Drainage & Plumbing services and were extremely impressed! Their shower handles were completely wasted away and there was no way to turn the shower on. They contacted another plumbing company and when they came to check out the shower, they had said they couldn't do anything about it and charged a lot of money just for the inspection. My parents then contacted Red Seal and Paul came in and assessed the shower and fixed it all up no problem in such a timely manner!!! They said he was also very polite and friendly! I have used their services three times this year, and each time has been a positive experience: they arrived on time; they are friendly and have a 'can-do' attitude; they are very knowledgeable and will present honest options and recommendations based on budget; they are efficient and arrived prepared with an inventory of new parts and materials after discussing the problem beforehand; and they are very tidy and clean up after their work is done. The most impressive aspect of Red Seal is their fast response time. I would highly recommend giving Red Seal a call if you need any plumbing work done.

We had a sanitary line that is blocked so needed urgent help. Found Red Seal through HoneStars. Nicole called promptly at 8.30am and Dean arrived around noon ahead of when he was scheduled complete with all the necessary equipment to inspect and then clean out the line. Dean is really experienced, professional and happy to take the time to explain. Based on this experience, i’m happy to recommend the Red Seal team.

One of my 4 year old sons clogged the toilet with a bunch of Kleenex and we tried for hours to unclog it. Robin and Nick came to my house after hours and fixed it within minutes! Very friendly guys and very thorough. Robin made sure to test all the water in the bathroom to ensure it wasn’t a bigger issue causing the problems and was extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service! We recently had a leak in the pipes under our kitchen sink. I started Googling for plumbers in the metro vancouver area and came across some excellent reviews for Red Seal. I can confirm that the reviews are accurate. Alex came out and fixed our leak. His work was thorough and at a fair price. Alex was polite and professional. He explained a couple of different options and then went to work once we made up our mind. I would definitely recommend Alex and would not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing issues in our house.
