First off, Omar came highly recommended by a guy who works for a commercial property management firm that uses him. That was very encouraging. I placed a call to the number listed and later that same day he returned my call. We set up a appointment on a day that he requested. He gave me a very specific window that he would be at my place where the work is to be done; sometime between 8am and 10am. He had my phone number. No show, no call, nothing! Pretty bad that I particularly made arrangements with my employer to have the morning off. He might be good, and if you are lucky he might show up - but I wouldn't bet on it.
