They have a policy that if you are a new customer they won’t send a tech out unless you give them your credit card info over the phone first. I guess they’ve been burned before according to the receptionist. Well...I’ve been burned befor too by needlessly giving out my cc info over the phone to anyone who asks. They said it was my choice to go along with their policy or not, so I chose not to and went elsewhere to a company that chooses to “take a chance” to gain a new customer. This review is entirely based on my opinion of their policy, nothing to do with their service since I didn’t get a chance to experience it....
