Recently had Brown Mechanical put in my new Hepa system due to all the smoke in the valley. Charlene was wonderful to deal with. She had them at my home the next day and the crew was so professional and did a great job. Thanks for the great service. I highly recommend this company

After an issue with the delay of a scheduled appointment, a replacement appointment was scheduled. We were notified that the technician would be arriving shortly, and he showed up as scheduled. The technician, Michael, was thorough and knowledgeable.

Bought a new furnace and hot water tank. Best price in town. They came in and were very professional. They were clean and did a great job. Would recommend them and will use again for any future needs.

I called Brown for a central air quote, and the lady on the phone was moderately rude and seemed unhappy that I even wanted a quote this early in the year. She eventually agreed to schedule me for first thing in the morning (her choice) on the day I asked for. When that day came, I waited until an hour after the appointment time, nobody showed up. I called them and got what I believe to be the same person again who said that their whole team was too busy on another job to come out, that it's not cooling season yet anyway and that they carry one of the more expensive brands so I should just go elsewhere because I won't like their pricing. After the rudeness on the first call and the no show you didn't have to tell me again!

Our AC packed it in on a Friday night during 40C heat. Called Charlene at "Brown Mechanical" and she sent a man the next business day. He was very fast at getting us up & running. The bill was very reasonable considering they were swamped with other jobs as well. I highly recommend Brown Mechanical if you need any HVAC repairs or installs. They are polite, kind and fair.
